The F.R.S.-FNRS has launched its yearly "Research Fellow" Call for Proposals.
It provides 150 PhD grants in all scientific domains allowing early stage researchers to embark on a doctorate for 4 years in a university of the Federation Wallonia-Brussels in Belgium.

The first Innovation Convention will be held in Brussels next 5 et 6 December 2011 in the Square. It will be led by the President of the European Commission, Mr. José Manuel Barroso and Máire Geoghegan-Quinn, European Commissioner for Research, Innovation, and Science. It will be Europe's premier innovation event, with 1.200 selected participants.
In the frame of this event, researchers benefiting from EU funding will expose their work and the EU Prize for Women Innovators will be awarded on the evening of the 5th December.
